What lead times should we plan for?
Stocked programs ship from New Jersey on distributor timelines. Direct-mill orders from Turkey typically require six to eight weeks from order confirmation to Port Newark arrival, depending on series and production slot.
Do you offer exclusive or dedicated series for partners?
We discuss dedicated series and private-label programs with qualified distributor partners. Exclusivity terms depend on volume commitment, territory, and mill capacity — outlined during the program conversation, not as a generic policy.
How does sampling work?
Sample requests are submitted with SKU or series references. We ship representative pieces for specification and client presentations. Sample orders are handled through the same inquiry form with quantity set to Sample.
How are freight damage claims handled?
Document condition on receipt: photograph pallets, note exceptions on the bill of lading, and report discrepancies promptly. We support partners through the claim process with mill and carrier documentation as required.
What do partners receive beyond tile supply?
Partners receive spec sheets with packaging data, collection imagery suitable for trade use, and a single point of contact for reorders, lead-time updates, and program planning.
